Our daughter/niece, Lily, was diagnosed with multiple life-threatening food allergies two months before her first birthday. After enjoying pureed mango at her 1st birthday party, we vowed she would eat cake at birthday number 2, and it would be delicious. We have poured ourselves into finding ways to feed her safe yet delicious food, and we want to make these products available to other families navigating through life with food allergies.
We will create delicious and beautiful food free of the top-eight allergens (dairy, egg, wheat, soy, peanut, tree nut, fish and shellfish) using fresh, safe, and creative ingredients in a kitchen environment that is separate and free of contaminates; we will “consider the lily’s of the world” and make these products available to them as well. We want to create an environment of inclusion for children (our passion) and adults with food allergies and intolerances.
